Return & Exchange Policy
At Noor-e-Poshak, we value your satisfaction and strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and exchange policy below:
In case of return, the refund will be processed as a nooreposhak Gift Card which you can use in the future only on our website. Please note, that we do not provide any monetary refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with tags and packaging intact. The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is mandatory for any return request to be considered. Proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation) must be provided. Products showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return:
Email us at nooreposhak@gmail.com with the subject line: “Return Request – [Order Number]”. Mention the reason for return and attach a clear unboxing video and images (especially if the item is defective or incorrect). Our team will respond with return instructions within 2–3 business days. The item must be securely packed and sent to the address provided in the return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item delivered was incorrect or defective.
3. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges only in the following cases:
Damaged or defective items Incorrect product or size received All exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests Exchanges are subject to product availability If the replacement is unavailable, customers will receive store credit in the form of a Noor-e-Poshak Gift Card
4. Refunds
In case of return, the refund will be processed as a Noor-e-Poshak Gift Card, which you can use for future purchases only on our website. Please note, we do not provide any monetary refunds. The gift card will be issued only after the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable. Noor-e-Poshak reserves the right to reject refund requests if the returned product does not meet eligibility criteria or if the unboxing video is not provided.
5. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Customized or made-to-order products Perishable items Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, innerwear) Items marked as Final Sale or purchased during clearance events Gift cards or free promotional items
6. Legal Jurisdiction
All disputes arising in connection with returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
